Qualified Electrician – Solar & Battery (Leading Hand Opportunity)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced A-Class Electrician to join our clients team.

This is a great opportunity for a strong solar and battery electrician who is ready to step into a leading-hand or senior-level role, taking ownership of jobs from installation through to commissioning.

You will be working across a steady pipeline of residential and commercial solar + battery projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete solar and battery installations from start to finish
• Lead and supervise small installation crews on-site
• Manage system commissioning and grid connection processes
• Ensure all work meets compliance and electrical standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical installation issues
• Maintain high-quality work and site safety standards

Key Requirements

• SA A-Class Electrical Licence (essential)
• CEC Solar Accreditation (preferred)
• Strong experience with solar and battery systems (e.g. Sungrow or similar)
• Proven knowledge of grid connections and compliance requirements
• Experience in leading installs or supervising teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and reliable on-site leadership

About You

• Currently working at a leading-hand or senior electrician level
• Confident managing full job delivery from install to commissioning
• Able to take ownership of projects and support team performance
• Available to start immediately or on very short notice
